He started his career more than 30 years ago as an EMT-A in Vancouver BC. After owning and operating his own EMS service in Kananaskis Alberta, running an overseas company supplying physicians, nurses and paramedics to support oil exploration he felt it was time to change lifestyles in order to spend more time with his growing children.
In the year 2000 Jeff moved his family to Prince Edward Island and began working as an ACP in Montague PEI, and teaching in the Holland College paramedicine program. In 2010 Mr. Waring took on the role of Eastern Operational Manager at Island EMS. In 2016 Jeff transitioned into the role of Coordiantor of Projects & Programs
